That's where I come in. I've worked in manufacturing for over 20 years as a chemical engineer and continuous improvement coach across 5 industries, and have coached many teams and employees. I am a SCRUM master, agile coach, lean sigma black belt and certified causal life coach specializing in mindset and confidence. I can help your employee uncover the root cause of their actions and lack of action. Then, I can help them transform where they didn't think it was possible, all within a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space.
Having gone through most of my career feeling like I didn't belong and no one understood me, or that there was something wrong with me even though I was well qualified, I didn't allow what I was capable of to show. It was no one's fault, and pretending seemed my only option. "Fake it, til you make it" became a coping strategy, and a way of life. However, this strategy didn't allow others to know the real me.
